Now seeking: magical unicorn.

As a BOF intern, you’ll need to be comfortable spinning a bunch of plates. Our most successful interns have been motivated, confident and eager to try whatever we throw at them — even when it falls outside their comfort zone. If your dream internship is just a bunch of clock watching, paper pushing, and coffee fetching, this isn’t the opportunity for you. But if you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty, and jump in the deep end … let’s talk.

A couple things to note:

  1. Brains on Fire internships are not paid.
  2. That said, you’ll be gaining valuable experience in everything from community management to branding, marketing to project management.
  3. If you’re looking for a college internship experience, let’s talk. We regret that we cannot offer sponsorship to applicants abroad due to the cost and expense involved.
  4. Our interns are a hot commodity once they hit the job market. They have gone on to do awesome things for some of the coolest brands and agencies around. (Perhaps you’ve heard of a little place called Warby Parker?)
