Who doesn’t enjoy a good perk? (We sure do.) At Brains on Fire, we believe that taking care of our company begins by taking care of employees. From supporting their health and wellness to encouraging their professional development to empowering our staff to get out in the world and do some good, the list of perks continues to grow each year. Here’s a sampling of the benefits you can expect to enjoy as an employee at Brains on Fire:
We can find a reason to celebrate just about any day of the year, but on 11 of them we make bank and get the day off.
When BOF does well…you do well. It’s as simple as that.
Because everyone needs a little time to recharge their batteries. (And a fruity drink with a tiny umbrella never hurts either.)
As late-night feedings and diaper changes become the new normal, rest easy knowing we’ve got you covered. Here’s looking at you, kid.
In the event that your afterhours hobbies include base jumping or shark diving, we’ve got you covered from the tips of your toes to your pearly whites and everywhere in between.
One glorious, meeting-free day a week to get it done. Bonus: it’s a remote day for our team, so you’re free to jam from wherever you feel most productive.
Grow on, little grasshopper.
We believe in doing well by doing good. Each of our employees receives four paid hours a month to volunteer time or talent to a cause or nonprofit of their choosing.
We’re always looking for good humans to join our team. Think you’ve got the chops? Ready your resume and let’s talk.
