Ad agency principals – at worldwide shops and boutique shops – that are bashing Customer Generate Media (CGM). These folks are freakin’ out. Why? Because they are losing control. Because that are afraid that someone else can come up with an idea that they couldn’t. And because their over-inflated egos and paychecks are taking a hit.
