Via Wired, it seems that a savvy new generation of brokers and landlords are filming guided tours of their properties to put on YouTube and linking to them from their listing on Craigslist.

Brilliant.

And when you think about it…a total no-brainer.

Another forward-thinker has turned this concept into a service that he provides for real estate agents and landlords for $150 a video, including music and captions.

This is the next-next generation of social media: finding new ways to use all these nice web 2.0 applications together. In harmony. And it’s just the beginning.
