Groundswell is out!

And besides, Brains on Fire and the Fiskateer movement are highlighted in it! Wa-hoo!

The bad mamma-jamma Forrester Research team of Josh Bernoff and Charlene Li put it together and Harvard Business Press picked it up. So we’re in very good company and honored to be a part of the final product.

    I am really flattered that they chose to use the name of our WoM methodology Groundswell(tm) as the name of their book.
