J&J's wheel has come full circle. Suing the Red Cross is the moral equivalent to suing Mother Teresa. No doubt about it. Part of the story though, from what I know, is that the license that J&J gave to the Red Cross to use the logo specifically stated that they couldn't use it to sell products. Isn't it pretty stupid of them then, to simply ignore that? Even if it's for a good cause. Maybe they could have just tried to renegotiate? Sure, it’s really bad karma to sue the Red Cross, of course. No doubt about it.
