Talk about bad Karma...Johnson & Johnson sent someone to list the ways that J&J could have me killed and make it look like an accident or a suicide if I tried to sue J&J for keeping FlossRings off the market for over a decade now. J&J's wheel has come full circle. Suing the Red Cross is the moral equivalent to suing Mother Teresa.

Hi,

Sure, it's really bad karma to sue the Red Cross, of course. No doubt about it.

Part of the story though, from what I know, is that the license that J&J gave to the Red Cross to use the logo specifically stated that they couldn't use it to sell products. Isn't it pretty stupid of them then, to simply ignore that? Even if it's for a good cause. Maybe they could have just tried to renegotiate?

Pretty bad karma to "use your good karma" to try to be untouchable I would say...
