		<description>Okay, the more I hear stats on who's talking and who's listening online, the more I go back to what I heard when I was a kid, watching my step-father launch his franchise: "For every complaint you hear, there's nine more that haven't told you... they're telling someone else."

Sometimes it's listening to the complainers because there's something you need to fix. Sometimes you need to listen just to hear what so many other people are hearing.

And then let's not forget what each listener does with that information on their own!</description>
