I had the pleasure of listening in on this call. What an incredibly inspriational campaign this is. I work for a small start-up company in NYC (a true BtoB). I was witness to so many common sense ideas in terms of developing passionate ambassadors I cannot even begin to put it into words. My company has developed a software based instrument that works as a supplement to traditional musicians in what are mostly musical productions at high school theatres, college theatres, and regional/community theatres all over the US. Talk about a passionate group to tap into. Thank you to Virginia and Suzanne for sharing this program and a sliver of all of the experiences associated with it. I will be watching the Fiskateer program and look forward to learning from the process to develop a consumer-based group for my company.
