A WOM Wednesday Valentine from Brains on Fire

Wednesday at noon EST, I will be joining our inspirational client Suzanne Fanning of Fiskars Brands in leading a teleconference on “How to Start A Brand Ambassador Movement“. The telecon is an installment in the Word of Mouth Marketing Association’s WOM Wednesday series and should be a great chance to both hear the story of starting a movement told through the case study of the Fiskateers, but a great chance to ask questions about how to do this internally at a big company directly to the woman who made it happen for Fiskars.

I had the pleasure of listening in on this call. What an incredibly inspriational campaign this is. I work for a small start-up company in NYC (a true BtoB). I was witness to so many common sense ideas in terms of developing passionate ambassadors I cannot even begin to put it into words.
