Too many products and services are a head down “How ya doin’?” identities. The common response from your customer is a head down, “Fine, how are you?” And there it is…end of conversation. But an identity that greets you with, “Hey! Look at you! Whoa, you look awesome today. What’s your secret?” takes the first crucial step toward changing expectations. It sets it on the road to Fascinate, Inspire, Reward and Engage.
