The first little rule, "it's not the magic that makes it work, it's the work that makes the magic"...that sums up everyone in the Disney company, from Walt to Bob Iger....the Cast Members in WDW have another way of putting it..."Welcome to Walt Disney World, the Happiest Place on Earth....or ELSE!" Yet again, my obsession with (and experience with) Disney gives me a chance to look like I know what I’m talking about.
