That should be the goal of every company. As a self employed creative professional I am enjoying a life where I keep growing and growing in the knowledge of doing things I love. I’m glad your company has this vision too as it will make for a better and growing community.

Totally agree. Ten years from now we won’t remember necessarily the every day ins and outs of job. However, if if we take the time to look forward towards greatness, building relationships, enriching others lives, ‘giving it (love, kindness, time) away’ . . . that’s what is going to be remembered!

The funny thing is, finding people who will work insane hours at the expense of personal life, family, health, sanity, etc. is easy - finding people who can exceptionally contribute to your company in tangiable (and intangiable) unique ways is difficult and rarely, if ever, are those two types of employees the same person.
If a company wants cogs for their machine, I doubt they will have trouble finding them. But cogs rarely generate any attention until they finally break from overuse.
