I just got back from my first all-inclusive vacation adventure. I have to rate Couples Sans Souci, two-thumbs way up. The closest thing to all-inclusive that I have experienced was a cruise. I found out first hand they don’t compare. From the minute I sat foot on the property I was given a smile. It didn’t hit me until my second dinner at Casanova that San Souci employees like Jason serviced you like they worked for tips. That’s what’s interesting. They don’t allow tips at Couples. I prepped for my trip by reading the Couples Message board so I was aware of this but I struggled with the tipping policy. Was saying thank you enough for this honest, friendly customer service that I received. The room service delivery, Dave’s drink masterpiece’s and Jason’s white glove dinner attention was better than anything I’ve received in the states. I miss those guys.

San Souci was beautiful but it’s the people that make me want to go back. I couldn’t help it, the Jamaican’s I met worked their way into my heart. My advice, after you check in, change into your swimsuit immediately swim up to the bar and get Dave to fix you up with a Dirty Banana and say hello to Charlie for me too.
