Sometimes it’s good to be reminded that every once in a while I need to step back and look at the world a little differently and question why I do things the way I do. Ask basic questions to hear how someone else explains it. And approach everything with wide, eager eyes.
There are lots of funny guys out there, but connecting with consumers has made Dane Cook a star.
So don’t fool yourself. Customer satisfaction awards mean about as much as ADDY awards.
