#1 - it's part of my service, so why not?

#2 - the lugnuts were on too freakin' tight! I mean, the guy who changed it easily had 75-100 lbs. on me and he almost had a hernia getting them off!

Wow, that really is remarkable. I'm with Progressive, mostly because they're so incredibly cheap. I've been in two accidents, neither of which were my fault, and when I called to report them, the Customer Service agents were courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely concerned with assisting me. But they never asked me that one simple question. What an impression that would have made!

It's interesting: you typically don't think about how an already good service could be better until you hear about someone else's experience that surpasses your own. I'm not dissatisfied enough to switch from Progressive (they've actually been quite good to me), but you've inspired me to at least look into USAA to see what kinds of service they could offer me (turns out I'm not eligible... oh, well).

But one little thing is bothering me: You can't change a tire yourself, Spike? ;-)
