Last week I was angry. well, not really angry — but irritated. All week, I found myself more critical of others. I guess you might say I was sweating the really small stuff.  (Not how I usually choose to spend my time.)

Anyway. Towards the end of the week, I went off on a rant about how it irritates me that anyone can just get on the web, get their facts completely wrong and say anything they want  about things  they may or may not know about — on a blog.

Adam, from Orange Coat was in the room and quietly reminded in one simple sentence that  was  the beauty of blogs. You can be what ever you want. Say what ever you want. You can dream. Big. And outloud. You can be irritated or inspired. For anyone who CHOOSES to listen.

And THAT I love. Because big dreams make great people, and great companies.
