Why not get restaurants involved.  May seem like that they would be the wrong people to get in on it but that’s what makes it seem like a good idea.

They can give discount vouchers to the group members.  So they lost a meal tonight but they will get the members next time they go out.  If they want to have exclusive discounts to the group, based on type of food, they would have to donate something.  So for example:  O’Brien’s Mexican Fiesta says we want to be the exclusive Mexican restaurant in Greenville.  We will give your members vouchers for any meal eaten here and will donate x % of the bill to your charity.</description>
