The Ultimate Question
February 6th, 2006
Robbin, our Courageous President, has set a task for me: to determine and track the Brains on Fire Net Promoter Score.
What the heck is that?
Well, this very smart guy from Harvard, Fred Reichheld, wrote this book called The Ultimate Question. (It will undoubtedly show up on my book review posts later, but for now I’m focusing on Chapter 2) Basically, he proposes a formula for determining your Net Promoter Score based on asking a simple question - one that I know Spike has written about before. The question is “How likely would you be to recommend us to a friend/colleague?” It’s kind of a scary question to ask, but it’s absolutely necessary to know where you stand with the people who are out there talking about you.
So, with that said, I invite all of you out there to visit our brief (and we’re talking two-questions) survey and put in your two cents’ worth. Whether you know us well or just in passing, the impression we give and the things you say are incredibly important as we look forward to growing Brains on Fire.
So, just click on this link to be taken to the survey.
And thanks for helping us make Brains on Fire a better company!
