Okay, so there are a lot of other (and better) reasons to join the Word of Mouth Marketing Association (which we have done). Like the information-filled events. Meeting the never-dull CEO, Andy Sernovitz. And getting in the know about what this whole word of mouth movement is all about.
A great perk arrived in the mail yesterday. It was an advanced copy of Seth Godin’s new project entitled The Big Moo. Papa Godin gathered up 33 of the best thinkers and asked them to write a couple of pages each (which suits my attention span) about how to make a remarkable company, product or service even more remarkable. All the proceeds go to The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, The Acumen Fund and Room to Read. And, like always, he wants to use it to change the world.
