Thanks Publix!

It’s great that some companies still get it. Customer service. A week ago I went into a BI-LO on my way home from work. And by the time I got back in my car I had made up my mind that it would be my last trip to a BI-LO. Now I was only in the store for 5 minutes but I had contact with at least 3 employees. No thank you. No real form of a conversation. Well last night I made a trip into Publix. I was told hello by the carry-out person organizing buggies. Had a conversation with the sushi chef. Asked a question and got a friendly answer from the produce clerk. And finished off with a laugh with the checkout clerk. Publix has my business.

Geno, I totally agree with you on Publix! What’s even better, is that they always have butternut squash when you need it!

Publix also doesn’t do that stupid get-our-card-and-sign-up-for-a-bunch-of junkmail-and-telmarketing-lists or-we’ll-charge-you-more bull****. I think other stores call them advantage cards… like that makes it better. Publix = positive good. FI Chris

Ok, Publix brand cereal is the best thing in the world. It’s tasty and cheap, two very good things. As far as the whole shopping experince, I would have to agree that Publix wins hands down. Although Earthfare is good too.
